Calendar Submission Form
CALENDAR OF EVENTS GUIDELINES
The event calendar is designed to highlight special events held in city venues or by the city, state and non-profit organizations, available to the general public. Private business events cannot be posted on the calendar as it would promote one business over another.
Each event requesting to be listed must complete the submission form with all pertinent information, no event will be listed with incomplete information. The City Advertising and Promotion Commission will make any and all final determination if an event may be listed or not.
You can submit your event to our online calendar by entering the information in the fields below. We will review your entry and add it to our calendar as soon as possible.
All fields except the web site address and image import are mandatory. Entries in those fields will help promote your event.
